There is a strong possibility that he knew that there was a time designation from the action of taking out the slip without hesitation, but he said that he could not do it, and he was not trying to send it with Yu-Pack, which was going to take extra 300 yen I doubted. It was a worry that elderly people and those who did not have knowledge did not have to pay extra money until now, or would be willing to charge unnecessary fees in the future with false explanations. The Chitose Post Office and the Chitose-Funabashi Ekimae Post Office responded well, and I had a very disappointing experience when I was considering whether to ask the post office for large-scale delivery.
