集団検診で受診しましたが、女性医師と若い男性医師、女性看護師の対応が感じ良く丁寧だったのに対して、年配男性医師の横柄さが目に余りました。あまりの落差にびっくりしました。健診車に「寒川病院」と書いてあったのでGoogleで検索したら、物凄い低評価の数でさらに驚きました。笑

The worst! I thought it was not good to cut my finger deeply in the daytime and get on the ambulance, so I was casually told that I couldn't respond if I called directly, and when I called the ambulance, I came to my mind. If so, I wish I could tell you which hospital can handle it differently 😡

Although I had a fever from the morning, my child was too small to be able to go alone, so when my husband came home at night, I called to see an emergency outpatient, but the response was very poor. First of all, the person who answered the phone had a fever from the morning, but now? He said that he interrupted the story of his husband and recommended that he did not do influenza or corona, and he hung up the phone properly. Do you not know as a healthcare professional that some people are not ready to go even if they have a fever from the morning? As the same healthcare professional, I even feel embarrassed about the poor response to patients. I will never go there again.

Both receptionist and outpatient nurse have bad attitude A mistake in the hospital is also a blame for the patient because of the patient. Even if you acknowledge a mistake and apologize I am satisfied that the evaluation is low. I won't go anymore...
