Grandparents of soba farmers were in operation near the Cortina Ski Resort. It takes a little time, so it ’s better to go with room. This was a week of the New Soba Festival. There was a firmness and aroma and it was delicious. She was also happy ~ I asked Otari village during the business period.

"The farmer's own buckwheat flower" at the base of Hakuba Cortina ski resort From Nagano Prefecture to Itoigawa River in Niigata Prefecture, from National Route 148 Odani Village, climb the Salt Road Sengoku Kaido for about 10 minutes and arrive. The buckwheat noodles of Hakuba-mura I ate a week ago were so ordinary buckwheat that I can not compare very well. Since there was a service, I added one star and let's say ☆☆☆.

Visited at 13:00 on August 15 ♪ One set waiting. I found the flag of "handmade soba" near Tsukiokabashi ... No way I overlooked the fact that it says 5km ... Soba restaurant for a limited time ♪ Pickled Viking (4 kinds on this day) Local cuisine (stir-fried eggplant and peppers with miso on this day) Soba comes with a small soba jelly and lightly grilled ♪ A large serving of colander, I am a regular serving and tempura ♪ The soba was soaked in cold water and drained well, and it was smooth and delicious. The tempura 500 yen (big leaves, pumpkin, shrimp, ashitaba, zucchini, shishito, okra) was delicious despite being homely. The soba hot water and self-made buckwheat tea were also delicious ♪
