This is a very convenient station for Kintetsu Osaka Line passengers. It is a halfway station for Nara line passengers. It is still strange that Kintetsu, which does not stop even in a typhoon, stops when it comes in contact with a deer. All trains depart from this station at platform 3 to 9 on the ground line. Underground Nara Line Platform 1 is for Nara, Nagoya and Ise Shima, and Line 2 is for Osaka Namba, Amagasaki and Kobe Sannomiya. There are ticket gates that connect directly to the basement floor of the Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi Branch in addition to the ground platform.
