Visit to February. Dinner right under Shiiba Folk Art Museum. Homemade made homemade how buckwheat, until flour milling. It provides it in a hand-crafted fashion.
Luxury where you can eat real buckwheat noodles, stuck to homemade thoroughly in Shiiba village which is said to be the three largest secrets of Japan.
Even appetizers using homemade tofu of the set and vegetables of local produce local consumption are all gentle taste but the original taste is firm and tasty.
Buckwheat has a great odor. I eat it with it attached to the egg yolk mixed with egg yolk. It is in a smooth and rich taste, it also increases the taste.
Also Florentin made with soba noodles is delicious. An elegant pastry that matches the flavor of butter. It is perfect for coffee.
