Helicopters fly every day and it is very noisy. Even if I try to sleep in the daytime because of night shift, I can't sleep easily due to noise. Is it possible to be careful not to fly in a residential area at least?

It was a mistake that I was transferred and lived near here. Since the 3 units continue to fly at the same altitude endlessly from 9 am, I can hear the sound of a helicopter every few minutes and cannot sleep for a long time on rest days. Sometimes the altitude is too low and there is vibration inside the apartment.
