I used to go here about once a week for the last year. Yesterday I got kicked out, quite rudely and with no refund. The reason? Because I have a small tattoo on my back and that time, a staff saw it. Year 2020 and they still can't muster the flexibility to register that no, foreigners are not part of Japanese organized crime.

The outdoor bath is incredible! I went on a rainy day with friends and it was just magical

Great onsen but a little over-priced in my opinion. Very busy on the weekends and lots of waiting for different baths. However, the types of baths available are varied and plentiful. Worth a visit!

As a foreigner I've seen quite a few onsen in Japan, but this one I like a lot. It is not very special and yes, there are better ones, but I still like it. I will keep coming here, when I'm in Kobe.
