Shishiniku/Rokuniku Umemoto Shōten

Small shack of a ramen shop, but don't let that fool you. Unemoto-san's shop is honest, delicious, and friendly. What's more, he hunts the meat himself, using his antique tanegashima rifle. There's wild boar, red deer, turtle and other unusual choices - but if you don't want meat, he'll make you a veggie only bowl.

オーナー自らが猟をしてゲットした猪肉や鹿肉を使ったラーメンや鍋、一品料理を提供しておられます。肉は半冷凍状態の物でしたが臭みなどは感じません。(半分凍った状態を表現しましたがオーナー様、冷凍で殺菌等詳しい事は存じません。お気に触ったらすみません。)料理のレベルは家庭料理の範疇(個人の感想です。オーナー様お気に触ったら申し訳ございません、固形燃料の火力が弱く、最後までアツアツで食す事ができませんでした。締めの麺を入れた時には固形燃料の火が尽きていて硬めの麺にもうちょい火を通して食べる事も叶わず、こういう表現に至りました)。肉を買うこともできますし店のビジュアルはインパクトも有るので物見遊山のお客様も多いですが、実際のところはご自身で体験してみてはいかがでしょうか？

I have only visited once, but the ino ramen was very delicious. It was a clear soup with no odor, and the char siu was boar meat, chewy and sweet. I also ate fried rice, but there was soup in the set, and the soup was thick but delicious. The fried rice was also very delicious. This is also wild boar meat, but it goes well with it and was wonderful. However, the owner told me that it was better to mix the fried rice with the soup that was in the set, and it was twice as delicious. Even though the fried rice was simply delicious, I was addicted to it when I sprinkled the soup. It's difficult to convey both ramen and fried rice in words, but I was able to smile unconsciously. There were other Jibie dishes, but I will eat them the next time I go.

It was delicious ❗️ Best ❗️ Ino Ramen 🍜 It was delicious. The snacks of Jibie were also the best. It was a pity that I couldn't swallow it because it was a motorcycle ... It was a warm shop, probably because it was run by a family. I will bother you again.

猪料理が手軽に味わえるお店でテレビにも取り上げられた事もあるそうです。猪ラーメン目当てに行きました。店内はプレハブ小屋の簡易的な造りで人数は数人しか入れないです(今の世情を考慮したらもっと少なくなるかもですが…)。 猪ラーメンは450円とかなり安価で肉は臭みもなく凄く食べやすかったです。ただこちらのお店はラーメン専門店ではなく猪肉の専門店なので麺は食べた感じ市販の普通の物を使っている印象でしたので過度な期待は禁物。店内はお世辞にも綺麗とは言えないのでもしかしたら厳しいと感じる人もいるかも。しかし猪肉は美味しかったのでぼたん鍋はいつか食べてみたいです。
