Wow. What a great experience. Only 4 tables but we were the only diners that night (covid really sucks for small restaurants). The the food was amazing nonetheless at an excellent value. The French influence on local Japanese ingredients worked much better than expected. Smoked Japanese fish with picked ginger was phenomenal. So much variety. Wonderful English speaking staff. Will go back next time.
I didn’t want this incredible dining experience to end! I have been here for lunch many times, but this was the first time to try the dinner. Beautiful 5 course dinner, prepared and cooked in an intimate atmosphere by a wonderful husband and wife team. French inspired cuisine using local ingredients. The chef spent 2 years working in a 2 Star Michelin restaurant in Cannes, France (many years ago) and this talent shows through! Couldn’t recommend this experience more highly enough. Extremely special. A real gem in rural Japan.

Fantastic. Truly a wonderful find with amazing tastes with every course. Incredibly respectful and welcoming chef. Highly recommend for a unique food experience and to enjoy the local produce, fish and meat.
