Small store with a great vibe. Visited on multiple occasions while on business travel. Bought some hard to find accesories, not typically available in US stores. The owner is very accomodating and even allowed me to play his personal guitar. Nice selection of high end ffects pedals. Prices are fair across the board. Good opening hours too!

I visited Big City Guitars and purchased a used but beautifully kept MIJ Stratocaster. The store owner gave me a great deal on an already good price. If that was not already enough, he then kindly modified the wiring of the tone controls from the original vintage style configuration to my preferred setup, all without charge. Despite the small language barrier, I recieved first class customer service all the way around. Here we are, proudly posing with my new acquisition!
