Worst hospital I’ve ever been in Japan. They didn’t want to give me treatment because I’m a foreign.

We were on holiday. We are a couple from Germany. My girlfriend had back injury so we had to find a doctor at Sunday night. All in all it took 2 hours for us. The stuff was friendly and helpful. They had also translators for us.

Taken here by ambulance in December 2017, I ended-up spending 6 weeks mostly, in the Intensive Care Unit. Doctors and nurses are professional and supportive in many ways, I wouldn't have expected in an American hospital. Limited English is spoken so, it's best if, you can speak some basic Japanese. Suffering from pneumonia and congestive heart failure, it took some doing, to save me. Rehabilitation personnel, were one of the best parts of my visit. Alive and doing well, I have to say: This hospital can perform miracles. They have the latest technology and an exceptional medical staff.
