Relish食堂

JR山崎駅前にある、人気の料理教室が始めたお店で、2019年10月にオープンした。地元のオーガニック食材を使った「季節のおひるごはん」を中心に、カフェ利用もOKだ。ランチは予約優先で、11:00と12:45の2部制。店内飲食のほか、テイクアウトもOK。 おひるごはんは月替りで、定食形式。調味料も生産者のわかるものが使われており、素材を生かした上品な味に仕上がっている。彩りもバランスもよく、また発酵食品が多いのも体に優しくてよい。 メニューには詳細が事細かに書かれており、頭上の黒板にはレシピも記載されている。自宅でも作れるようにとの配慮で、作り方の質問にも気さくに答えてもらえる。 手が込んでいるが、レシピはさほど難しくないので、家でもトライできそうだ。ただおいしかっただけでなく、再現性があり次につながってよい。 自然なもの、体によいものがたっぷり食べられるので、食後体が軽やかなのがうれしい。 店内では、農家から直送の野菜や、料理に使われている調味料やお茶が販売されているので、気に入ったら自宅に持ち帰り使ってみよう。自宅の食事が、食堂にかなり近づくはずだ。
