Daichiji

It is a wonderful and popular power spot garden. It is said to have been influenced by Tofukuji Temple in Kyoto. The moss is beautiful all over and the checkered cobblestones are wonderful. It is said that Daichiji was opened in the Kamakura period, about 800 years ago. The large cypress at Daichiji Temple in the photo is also 800 years old. It is a prestigious garden where the Aoi crest was allowed in the Edo period.

Around the equinoctial week, I went to see the cluster amaryllis of Tokutsuki Pond, which is covered with cluster amaryllis. The white Hagi in front of the mountain gate was also in full bloom. I also want to see the temple garden during the fall foliage season.

The cluster amaryllis was also beautiful, but the large hinokiya and blue maple trees, which are said to be 700 years old, the walls surrounding the garden, are a wonderful place to rest your spirit.

The cluster amaryllis in September and the autumn leaves in the garden in November are wonderful! ️
