椎間板ヘルニアで歩行困難な痛みだった為通院。が、脊椎の佐藤先生は現状の話を聞くだけで、以下不審な点が多く、紹介状代が無駄だったが他院へ行く事にした。 ・ヘルニアを緩和したり予防したりするストレッチや運動はありますか？「無いです！」と食い気味に冷たく言われた。 ・腰痛のせいで車も辛いと話した上で、通院頻度を減らすために薬を多めに貰えるか相談したら、突然キレて「そんなんなら僕はあなたに薬は出しませんので他に行ってください」と言われた。 ・その日レントゲンを撮ったのに診察室でそれをパソコンに映さず、それについての説明もなかった。 ・「薬を増やしておきます」と言われたが、受付からは「今日は薬出てませんね」と言われ、出てる筈だと言ったら説明も謝罪も無しに20分待たされて「薬は出てました」と言われた。 ・そろそろ違う病院行けば？と言われたのに、紹介状にCT検査結果を同封してくれていなかったため、わざわざ再度作成依頼をする羽目になった。（レントゲンやMRIを撮っているのに何故同封しなくていいと思ったのか、県の医療相談所にも聞いたが、不信感の残る対応だと言っていた）

The response of one nurse makes the impression of the hospital worse, I do not say to be kind, but it is a pity that the minimum manners as an adult are lacking. I had an emergency medical examination at night due to a serious injury, but the doctors and nurses in charge were very kind and I was able to entrust myself with the first suture surgery with confidence.

The doctor's explanation is crude and slow. There are differences in the nursing method depending on the nurse, and if this is a little off, you will be warned. I am sweet to myself and tough on others

My husband helped me with hernia surgery. The explanation before the surgery was carefully done and there was little anxiety and the surgery was successful. I don't seem to have any back pain now, so I'm working hard every day. Thank you very much.
