Don't go here in an emergency. I was cycling when I had a minor accident and broke my finger literally in front of this hospital. I've never been in an emergency situation before in Japan, so I went into this hospital. The reception staff didn't seem to know how to deal with me, and eventually said I could see a dermatologist about it (Japan tends to have specialists only). I didn't realise it was broken yet, as it didn't hurt, and just wanted to get someone to look at it, so I said ok. While I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, I did some research myself, and saw that indeed my symptoms were pointing to it being broken. I saw the doctor, but she said even if I were to take an X-Ray, she couldn't interpret it, and so I should come back 3 days later (this was before three consecutive holidays where the hospital was closed). The idea of waiting three days with a broken finger sounded pretty stupid, so I said I'd go somewhere else. She was nice enough to make sure they didn't charge me for seeing her at least. The hospital seemed to be more focused on long term care, so maybe in that situation it is good, but if you have something urgent, don't go there. If you do happen to have a broken bone, you probably want to search for a 整形 (seikei) clinic, as they deal with 骨折 (kossetsu - bone fractures).

I made a reservation but it was refused on the day. It's impossible, I made a reservation and came on the day. We are planning to visit many clinical departments a day and have tests. The receptionist asked me why I didn't go to the clinic, so I explained the situation in a straightforward manner and said, "It doesn't matter," without apology. That's right, but as the face of the hospital, I'm sorry I couldn't say it. On top of that, since this is a reception desk, I don't know how to organize the schedule. Disqualified as a working person. The older woman who said that. Somehow, everyone feels disjointed and uncoordinated. I'm scared of hospitals that I can't cooperate with. ★ I don't want to put it on, but the teacher in charge was good, so ★ 2. The nurses depended on the person, but there were also people who were doing their best. There is a reception problem. There are many other things I think about at the reception. The hospital itself has problems as a service industry.

However, he did not continue to do anything, and the new doctor was utterly disappointed. It was born from the beginning to the trouble of telling the same thing again. The new teacher smoothly proceeded with the original purpose. T.S didn't seem to be able to do that and was a complete refusal for no reason. At that time, the attitude and remarks he looked down on were even worse. I went to the hospital after enduring the pain, but I was just insulted, and I was so frustrated that my irritation didn't go away and my tears didn't stop. I was relieved to hear from the nurses and staff. It seems that there have been problems so far, and there are opinions from working people that the doctor does not listen to good stories, and it seems that a considerable number of patients are suffering from this doctor. You don't need a doctor to get you this! !! One doctor makes the whole hospital look bad. If you are going to internal medicine, use a teacher other than T.S. Completely this is dochara! !! !! !! I was bedridden for a few days due to shock, and at the moment I remembered what I was doing in the clinic, and my heart palpitations and depression worsened. It seems that even other hospitals became scared and became PTSD. I'm worried about how long this condition will last. If there is no apology from the person himself, he will consider whether to file a proceeding. Please be careful about T.S. I am grateful that the nurses and staff are kind and soft to me even though I am busy.

It is a reservation system. Depending on the department, reception may be available on the day, but it may have taken more than two and a half hours to complete all of them. We recommend that you make an early reservation. So far, I am working with good teachers and staff. The call center is hard to connect in the morning.
