Hidden in a back street (& more hidden than most) this delightful bistro serves a great range of extremely tasty French Japanese food. Good prices and a loverly atmosphere. There is an English menu and the owner/chef speaks some English too.

A local bistro in a quiet alley. We visited at night with three family members. Because the children are small, it is not a course but a la carte. Ask for what you want to eat from one end and eat a full stomach, and ask for two bottles of wine for around 20,000 yen. Everything is delicious and I think it's affordable. Card payment is possible.

It is a bistro near the house. We visited for lunch and dinner, right after the opening of the store. The second time was very cheap, and the meat for lunch was a bit disappointing. I haven't been there for a while, so I'll ask for revenge again.
