There is a station employee, but it is a peaceful station. It has a nice atmosphere that the logo of the station name on the platform side of the station building is in Hiragana and has a small "Nanae". The area in front of the station is well maintained, but not all shops are lined up.

Highway line from here to Onuma station ⁉️ Fujishiro line I miss you 😒 Old SL era. C62 Express Niseko and limited express Hokuto ran at 130km / h‼ ️ It was a completed route after changing the route in places to drive at high speed 😲 Now, it may be a steep slope because it goes around Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Station 😲 ❗️ But there are 3 regular trains and freight trains operating a day 😃 Regular trains depart from Hakodate Station at 5:49, 12:31, and 17:35 ❗ As of September 2020 😆 It's a sloppy driving, but you can enjoy the Fujishiro Line 😃

This is a manned station on the Hakodate Main Line. It will stop if the Hakodate liner stops at each station, but it will not stop if it is a fast train There are no convenience stores or supermarkets around, and the bus stop is only on a slope a little away from the station (there are not many buses). So if you make a mistake in changing trains

JR Hokkaido Hakodate Main Line station. A historic station that opened in 1905. During the day there are station staff and a green window. The home is quiet and makes you feel like traveling. If you go to National Highway No. 5, there is a bus stop for highway buses.
