The customer service is the worst whenever I go. The manager who cooks udon? A middle-aged man with eyeglasses was surprised with an outright frustration when the elderly customer was too far from the ear to rewrite. The woman at the cash register also attended with an attitude that seemed uncomfortable and great. It's so unpleasant that I never want to go again. I often go to other Marugames, but if it's crowded, it doesn't take much time to boil, and sometimes noodles that are hard like rubber come out. Marugame of Oji Temple in the neighborhood is lively and has good customer service, but it is too disappointing. I really like Marugame udon, but I'm really sorry.
