I love Miyoshi Hospital. I love each and every one of the staff because of their individuality and enthusiasm. There are many staff who feel hot. I thought that there are many staff members who have been working for a long time and the turnover rate is low. I think the staff are on good terms and the work is fun. I think that the people above are creating a comfortable working environment because the turnover rate is low. Many of the rehabilitation staff are young, and they have solid knowledge and skills, and it is fun to talk. Even after I was discharged from the hospital, it wasn't the end, and even after that, I think it's a wonderful hospital because I can see you to the end with outpatient rehabilitation and home-visit rehabilitation. It is also safe to say that rehabilitation is available 365 days a year in the ward.

I can't hear much from patients and their families as I go to hospitals. Even if the doctor gives permission to discharge the patient, it will not be possible to discharge the patient without the consent of the caretaker such as admission / discharge.

The nurse listens to the mouth the least. Especially for the elderly, it's a mess.
