I heard the staff complaining. The staff is exhausted because there are no patients who come to rehabilitation and the patient base is terrible (a lot of assistance, loud violence, etc.). On the other hand, the people above seem to have no idea. The turnover rate is 50%, and one in two people is quitting. Even if he wants to quit, he won't let him quit immediately, and he will be postponed for a year or two. Before hiring the HR department, he seems to be desperate to sell his charm, but after hiring he has to show his face at all. What does this hospital think of its employees? When I went to the visit, he said, "You can lower your basic salary and treat the staff like disposable tops. Treat the staff in your own mood, be kind to the children you like, and be sloppy to the children you dislike. I have a boss who takes it. " Furthermore, when taking a bath, it is said that the care staff is doing medical treatment. There is no doubt that I saw it with my own eyes when I visited. I was afraid to go to visit. Rehabilitation seems to be for sale, but in reality it is such a terrible hospital. The next time my parents are hospitalized, I will do it elsewhere.

The rehabilitation here is tight. But absolutely good! ️ Even if it doesn't move, it will move. A good hospital specializing in rehabilitation. You can rehabilitate up to 3 hours a day. The rehabilitation ward 1 and 2 rooms are quadruple rooms, dark and small. We recommend the triple room on the second floor of Rehabilitation Wards 3 and 5. It is bright and has a good view. There are few double and single rooms, so there aren't any available. Although it is small, there is a convenience store. It's very convenient. You can get tea with a water heater, but it's bancha, which is extremely thin. The correct answer is to bring a tea bag from home. Please bring a pot and a teacup 🍵. There is a coin laundry. Convenient. If you have a stroke, this is the recommended hospital. Half of the people have brain disease. Some people have spinal canal stenosis, knee osteoarthritis, or hip disorders. Recommended for those who work hard in rehabilitation.
