お持ち帰り専門の柿の葉寿司のお店です。購入するには、開店前から店先に置いてあるノートに記名して予約します。午前10時くらいには、予約いっぱいになるようです。予約、開店後できあがり時間の確認、受け取りと三回来店する必要がありました。待ち時間がたくさんある場合は、飛鳥の辺りを散策することをオススメします。お寿司は、他の有名店よりお酢、塩加減が控え目で、さば、さけの味をよく感じることができました。11月、12月は期間限定の紅葉バージョンになっています。モザイク画のような美しさが、目も楽しませてくれます。

[Kakinha-sushi Yamanobe] Autumn limited persimmon leaf sushi near Asuka village is limited in quantity, so please purchase as soon as possible. Kakinoha-sushi is Mackerel sushi with persimmon leaf. It is one of the representative local foods in Nara. Only autumn seson you can buy calorful leaf but don't eat just for smelling.
