Thank you for your help in ophthalmology. It has been introduced by Osaka City University. I was hospitalized overnight, but my teacher. Nurse. The man at the reception. Everyone was very kind and comfortable. I hear that ophthalmology is especially good. ..

首の治療で入院治療しました。原因をはっきりさせるためCTやMRIをしましたが、それで症状、治療方針もよく分かり安心して、治療に専念できました。近所なのでこれからも利用します。

I had a medical examination at a dermatologist, but the female doctor's attitude was really terrible and I looked down on people, and I turned back and did not have much medical examination. It's a pity that some doctors don't understand how people feel. And when my family went to the urology department, I didn't get a big test because I was only paid for it, so I think it's better not to go to the hospital here.

Thank you for your help in the emergency hospitalization. I will review it because I thought that I would never be involved again after leaving the hospital. [Until acceptance of emergency hospitalization] I called an ambulance because I couldn't move because of the pain. When an ambulance member contacted me to see if Yokohama Toho Hospital could be accepted, I couldn't get a reply at all and I had to wait 20 minutes in the ambulance. After arriving, I was asked to drop VS, blood sampling, and painkillers, but it didn't work at all and the pain was getting stronger. The teacher who consulted me at that time went somewhere immediately. The outpatient nurses were left unattended without any particular voice as if I couldn't see me suffering. Even if the companion repeatedly complained to the nurse, "Can't you somehow relieve the pain?", He said, "I've taken painkillers. I haven't got blood sampling results." It was. After being left for about 20 to 30 minutes, another teacher came to me, but when I saw me, I said, "Why don't you use other painkillers for such pain !? I only collect blood. It's impossible! You should have another test! "He gave the nurses accurate instructions. I really appreciate this teacher. The first teacher is not a specialist, so I wonder if he didn't see it properly ... The nurses may have never accepted a patient who came by ambulance, or, to say the least, they may not be good at considering priorities. (The companion said that I don't know what the illness was, but he didn't seem to be in pain and was told that he was prioritizing the patients who came to the outpatient department who could talk cheerfully.) [About hospitalization] All the nurses in the ward were kind, and I was very glad that they came as soon as I pressed the nurse call. But the rice is not delicious lol [About accounting] I was hospitalized in a large room, but I was wondering because I had to pay the entire room fee, so I made an inquiry. "The large rooms I used are not covered by insurance, but not all large rooms are covered by insurance," I received an unclear explanation, and I wanted to use a room covered by insurance, though it was urgent. I felt that the explanation was insufficient. [Reception] There is only one person who is very bad at dealing with it. If you look at it, you can see it in the atmosphere. If you have any questions, I think you should ask a different one. [Outpatient] My symptoms subsided and I was called to an outpatient room for examination. The explanation started even though I was sitting at a desk for two people and there was another patient next to me. Even though I was a stranger, I didn't want to be heard by other people, so I was very disgusted. It was the second time, and I told him that I didn't have to explain it because there was paper, but he ignored it and talked politely ... I think privacy protection is basic. .. .. The response at the time of the first acceptance was terrible, and I don't want to be involved in the outpatient department anymore. that's all.

It is better not to receive orthopedics here. I had a pain in my lower back and it was hard to walk, so I went to this hospital, which is relatively close to my home, but I looked at it lightly and said "let's rehabilitate" without any treatment. Is there such a correspondence? I think it's painful and painful to walk, but I can't heal by rehabilitation. Sure enough, if I went to another hospital and had an MRI taken properly, it was a herniated disc. It was a hospital that helped me understand the importance of the second opinion. To be clear, it's the worst hospital.
