My aunt had a knee surgery. He was an unpleasant doctor. The explanation before the operation was also rough, so I didn't accept this question and took a seat. There was a statement that made a fool of the patient's aunt, so I thought I'd protest, but I thought it was going to be an operation, so I put up with it. A few years after the operation, my aunt's knees are not in good condition. I regret choosing this place very much.

三菱神戸病院の泌尿器科の診療は午前中のみなのです。ですが前立腺肥大の他にも抑うつ神経症を抱えており、ここ1ヶ月ほど睡眠障害や身体の重だるさそして立ちくらみがひどく、ここしばらくは午前中の通院は困難である旨をを1Fの総合受付で申し出たところ「午前中に来れないのであれば他の病院へ行ってくれ」との冷たい対応でした。いくら疾患の事・母の介護の事など事情をいくら説明してもダメでした。 結局処方箋も書いていただけずしばらくお薬無しで過ごす事(頻尿)を余儀なくされました。 うちに戻り病院に電話するも総務のM氏は、私の付き添いが無いと外出さえままならない母を私の代わりに病院に(午前中に)処方箋を取りに来させようとさえしました。 担当の先生と直接お電話でお話しさせていただいてもよろしいですか？との問いに総務統括M氏は「先生(泌尿器科の先生)も拒否されています」との返答。何もすぐに繋げてくれなんて誰も言ってません。担当の医者にお電話で話すこと・ご相談することさえ拒まれたのは生まれて初めてです。 まさかこのような返答が返って来ようとは夢にも思わず、これには本当に驚きました。 「付き添いの必要な要介護2級の母を独りで病院へ行かせることはできません。泌尿器科に関してはもう他をあたります。担当の先生もあなた(M氏)も最低ですよ！」と返答申し上げて電話を切った次第です。 なお電話中に笑うなど不遜な態度に呆れて開いた口が塞がりません。 抑うつ神経症という精神疾患を持つ身に柔軟な対応どころか医療機関から理解さえ得られなかった悲しさと悔しさが込み上げて参ります。残念でなりません。 医療事務及びM氏そして泌尿器科担当医師様に、眼科・耳鼻科・内科・整形外科などの先生方やナースさん同様血の通った対応を求めます。

(I was transferred to the hospital because it didn't work at all and I couldn't bear the pain.) Also, I had no explanation of what the purpose of the test was, and the result was not known. Discovered. (Confirmed by the specialist who transferred to the hospital, I know that the test does not need to be done honestly.) I think it's going to be tough in a time like this, but this is also life-threatening. To be honest, I was not a doctor that I could trust. I have something to say, but I will not see the internal medicine of this hospital in the future.
