Those who think that just because the station is older that it isn't great; clearly hasn't ridden or used the New York subway system. This station has kiosks to recharge your or buy a Pasmo card. There is instruction in English if you need it. 東門前駅 also has vending machines which take cash as well as Pasmo. Trains run on time and are extremely frequent. The thing to remember is that this is a local station within Kawasaki-ku. Its not going to be as grand as Kawasaki station or Shinagawa.

Is it an old station like Keikyu that you use to go and return to visit the Daishi? . Daishi's Road Safety Prayer Hall has been a long time since he moved to the Tamagawa side along Daishido near Higashimonzen Station, independent of Daishi's precincts. In this area, factories were lined up along the Tama River, but now there is a large shopping center with junctions, Shimachu and Shimamura at the site of the factory, a traffic safety prayer hall, multiple condominiums, and a Daishi tollgate on the Metropolitan Expressway. The landscape has been completely renewed. The only remaining thing is that Mr. Komatsu has left a training center and that there is an old factory left in front of Isuzu's maintenance site and Daishibashi on the industrial road. It has changed so much that I can not remember the old days. However, the residential area has not changed much on both the Tamagawa side and the Daishi side.
