Treasure with a soft face... I wish I had apologized for a single word, it would have been good. I think it is not a regular medical examination to send a doctor who is not the doctor in charge to the patient, and some people may think that the service is not so demanded, but when the patient returns to the reception desk, the patient has no choice but to endure the pain. In fact, other hospitals offer kind suggestions, so I think we can do it. As a person, rather than a manual, we ask for a more polite response.
