Very friendly and helpful staff. They speak basic English, enough to communicate clearly. Totally recommend visiting if you need a doctor when in Kyoto. Thankyou, ありがとうございます!

The reception was the worst. I had a motorcycle accident and went to the hospital in the afternoon without using an ambulance. My legs were dragging. When I went to the reception desk, I was told that the morning consultation was over, so please come again in the afternoon, and I would like to ask for a medical examination even in an emergency. I answered immediately, "Yes." When I searched for another hospital and called Kujo Hospital, I was told the same thing, "Uchi does not have a person in charge of orthopedic surgery during the emergency period. If so, what can I do if there are people who are vacant?" After all, a doctor from a different department was refused to Kujo Hospital because he was undergoing surgery, but by telling that to a different receptionist from Kyoto Takeda Hospital, it became possible to see a doctor. The pain is coming because I can't stand it. After all, I couldn't apologize even a word from a woman in her 30s and 40s who was wearing one of the receptionist's glasses. Treasure with a soft face... I wish I had apologized for a single word, it would have been good. I think it is not a regular medical examination to send a doctor who is not the doctor in charge to the patient, and some people may think that the service is not so demanded, but when the patient returns to the reception desk, the patient has no choice but to endure the pain. In fact, other hospitals offer kind suggestions, so I think we can do it. As a person, rather than a manual, we ask for a more polite response.

I am attending my mother's hospital visit once a month, and it is not good to know how to be swayed as complicated as this year 😭 If you are watching TV news, you can go to online medical treatment Switch or switch. I was saved because my mother answered my unpleasant question to the doctor in charge 😅
