Last month I gave birth to my 2nd child in this hospital.. I love the food.. tho simple all is packed with needed nutrition.. nurses are all friendly.. doctors too .. I chatted with a doctor who's studying English language..they even went out of the way to explain things to me such as using translators because I don't speak Japanese well.. I'd say it's better than that Private hospital where I delivered my first child..I loved the stay

As many people feel, the quality of the staff is not good. The general receptionist is polite, but most of the receptionists in each department speak with a tame mouth. Patients undergoing colonoscopy are treated poorly. Everyone is gathered in one place and takes time to take laxatives. You have to go to the bathroom each time you have a stool. I think it's a humiliation for a woman. Human rights are not considered.

Thank you for taking care of your internal medicine, dermatology and hospital ward! At first, I entered as an emergency outpatient at midnight, so I was not a doctor in a specialized department, but he examined me very carefully, It was very nice that the nurses and doctors were kindly explained and kindly treated while I was in the hospital! I think all the staff were wonderful and very nice. After I was discharged from the hospital, I had side effects from the medicine I was hospitalized and went back to see me again, but I also had a very careful examination. A person who has been to the hospital three times a month since a year and a half ago. There are some people who criticize this hospital, but why is it so crowded every day? Patients have the right to choose a hospital, doctor and treatment policy. If you criticize it, you should transfer to another hospital or use informed consent. The biggest problem with this hospital is the poor quality and manners of the patients. The hospital is not a coffee shop or a supermarket. Healthcare professionals are not friends or servants. Many people are enthusiastic about conversation even though corona spreads due to droplet infection. Next, the waiting time is long. The reason is that outpatients ask questions at the reception desk of each block and interfere with the reception work. For a return visit, just put the reservation slip in the reception box. Second, there are too many outpatients attending. Elderly people and people with disabilities stand in the aisle and their attendants sit in chairs. There is no piece of compassion. Unless the patient treats the hospital and healthcare professionals with respect, the hospital's problems will not improve.
