Good toilet facilities. I couldn't find any power point for phone charge. No drink vending machines, and I don'tthink you camp here (Miami campsite is nearby). There's a Giant bike shop across the road at the Marriott (I heard Giant paid for the cycling statue). Great views across the lake.
There are cycling objects and it is said to be a sanctuary for cyclists. It's a quiet and calm place. The public toilet is big and clean.

2nd Nagisa Park (Ryokuchi on the shore of Lake Noshugawa)
I visited on a holiday in November 2020
There is a large free parking lot nearby (maybe for a fee depending on the season) and it is easy to access
It seems to be the sanctuary of Biwaichi
There is a relatively small statue of a woman straddling a bicycle
Lake Biwa seen from here is so dirty lol
I went to self-propelled biwaichi on the first road bike 😵 There was also a statue of the sacred place of the cyclist, so I thought "Let's run 🚴"! It was a very beautiful place 😁
