"Totally rude and unfriendly staff." Their DVDs and cd rental infos are not up-to-date. I went to rent a movie because I got this coupon that said "rent 5 new for ¥1000". The regular price for one DVD is about ¥300+ . Anyway, I decided to get 4 new and 1 old, hoping for a price of one. The staff immediately rejected me and told me it should be all 5 new and an extra fee for the old one. It's not that I didn't want to pay extra, there was no other movie I wanted that time. So I did what he asked me to do. Got 5 new movies and went to pay. While he was scanning it, another problem came up! One dvd was a "still hot" item and not new. So I argued because the sticker on the dvd said "NEW" and I got it from the "new arrival" rack. He apologized but insisted I look for another one. I kept my cool but I was hell pissed! So I told him nevermind I'm just gonna go. I left without renting any movies at all. I had my little one with me that time and it wasn't easy going back and forth, walking those aisles, and choosing a movie with a baby around. Same thing also happened to me with their cd rentals but this dvd incident was the worst. I told myself I'm never going back there again and I never did. Instead I have an online movie streaming subscription now.

Favorite bookstore! 24 hours a day is the best with this assortment! If you go early in the morning on a holiday, you can choose a book carefully with a rattle! There are a lot of books related to qualifications, and I compared the product lineup with the Umeda bookstore before, but this one was more fulfilling! Now I only buy qualification books here! Anyway, this is a recommended bookstore!
