I called to hear the delivery time of Yu-Pack on November 16, 2019 (10: 6 am). A male clerk came out. When I asked what time it was delivered, I was told it was 14:00 to 16:00. Then it was slow, so when I asked the deliveryman to ask me what time it would be in the shortest time, I couldn't ask them without any questions. At the end of the phrase, the attitude was bad from the beginning to the end. When I called again at noon, a female clerk came out and called the delivery person to listen. I think that the male clerk at the Uji Post Office just had to receive training education from the beginning again. If you do n’t like customer service, you can quit. No, work is not annoying to users and to the company. that's all.
