I came to 2020.5/30, but it was a little different from the one on the map. I managed to find it, but there was no administration building and no water came out of the toilet kitchen. Right now it seems to be used at your own risk. There seems to be no particular charge. So it's all-you-can-eat. Neither water nor toilets can be used.
