I had Uma-boiled ramen. It was a combination of medium-thick curly noodles and sweet soup. The noodles were chewy and crispy like Kitakata ramen. Not enough finish loosening. There is a sweet and salty vegetable ankake, and the soup is a sweet soy sauce flavor with the added flavor of vegetables. The vegetables were crispy, crunchy and voluminous, and very delicious. It is a delicious restaurant ramen with a good overall balance.

The ramen is simple, but the taste of the soup and the char siu are my favorites. I couldn't eat the lunch set with Sosukatsu, so I got a pack and took it home. The friend I went with said that it was delicious and delicious.
