Sugakiya

My favorite entertainer from Aichi prefecture said, "I like Sugakiya ramen," so I came here. I was surprised at the ramen ¥ 330, and the spicy green onion ramen ¥ 440 (laughs). The spicy white onion ¥ 110 may have spoiled the surprising cost performance. But it was tingling and delicious. A soup with a strong bonito scent in tonkotsu soup stock. The amount of thin noodles is the same as that of ordinary ramen, and the ingredients of char siu and menma are the old school cafeteria class, but they are excellent cospa. There are various side menus and it seems to be a popular shop with children. A spoon with a fork at the tip is also characteristic.

A store I used to go with my friends for a long time. I like the feeling that is neither good nor bad. After all cheap is justice.

I'm from Aichi prefecture, so I remembered my school days and ate it. I feel that the vessel was a little bigger in the old days. However, the taste did not change and I enjoyed the soup.

Sugakiya 🍜 has been in Akai for more than 40 years. From kindergarten to this year, no matter when you eat it, it has a nostalgic taste and is cheap 🙂. I'm happy that I can always eat here even if I change generations 🌼.
