A huge park with huge parkingng lot.

It is an athletic park in the southern part of Nagano City. The 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics opening and closing ceremony venue will be a baseball field, and there will be a gymnasium, soccer (American football, rugby) stadium, tennis court, gateball field, sumo field (dohyo), and park. In the summer, water comes out of the ground like a fountain so that children can play with it. Previously, Nagano Sports Park was the center of sports in Nagano City, but since the Nagano Winter Olympics, this area has been improved and has become the center of sports in Nagano City or Hokushin.
