First time in my life meeting such an unreliable doctor. I experienced first hand why the reviews are so bad and some people say this hospital ought to be destroyed. I was in Japan for holiday in August and got a cut at USJ. The lovely USJ staff helped me apply a gauze then booked me an appointment at this hospital. I sped on over only to meet a doctor that spent most of his time staring blankly in the air like he was lost and had to be repeatedly reminded how to do his job by the nurses (they did so very politely). The genius of a doctor then removed my gauze and replaced it with a bandaid - which got soaked fully in my blood (obviously!) before I even left the hospital. The cut was not stitched and I now have a nice scar on my face. Perhaps I should invent a story that I got it fighting yakuza. For receiving next to no treatment at all, I was charged about $50-60 USD. He also forgot to provide a doctor's letter I requested to process my insurance claims. I was told by a nurse at the counter I need to come back again the next day to see another doctor and pay again in order to get the next doctor to draft the letter because the 1st doctor was now in surgery - though I can't imagine how lucky you have to be to have him perform surgery on you. Imagine how interesting the line items of the insurance claim would be: - $60 consultation with doctor who did nothing - $60 consultation with a second doctor who just needs to write a short doctor letter for the claim because the first doctor forgot to Naturally I didn't go back for the next day. I just thanked my lucky stars we brought some antibiotic cream in our luggage (BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY) and so I didn't go blind. I'm glad my issue was minor. If you have a serious health problem and you encounter this doctor, you're probably gonna die while undergoing unnecessary suffering. Emphasis on unnecessary suffering.
