We are tourists in Osaka, only there for a few days when the three year old started crying and screaming about painful and itchy feet. It is very difficult when you are in a foreign country where you don't speak the language and you have a sick child. We took her to the local hospital. The staff were wonderful and saw us straight away. They did all they could to help and I can't say enough good things about them. They were fantastic.
