Bot the vet and his assistants are professional and kind in handling my pet cats. Although my dearest cat died, I'd say that the vet gave the correct diagnosis n precription earlier. Much appreciated that my cat was given immediate rescuitation upon reaching the clinic. In my first year staying in Japan, while I was still beginner level in Japanese, he made the effort to explain in simpler terms and wrote out the kanji for easier understanding.

近くに引っ越ししてきて、動物病院を探してました。 伺った前日に愛犬の体調が悪くなり、こちらがお休みだった為仕方なく実家近くの病院に行き血液検査等していただきました。 その病院で軽度の膵炎と診断され、最低でも3日間は点滴を受けた方がいいと言われました。 実家近くの病院は遠いので通えないので近所の病院でもいいですか？と聞き大丈夫ですと言われたので、血液検査の結果と前日に何を投与したかを書いていただきそれを持ちこちらの病院に行きました。 問診書を書き血液検査等の紙を渡し、質問に答えて待っていたら受付の方が来て、点滴は可能ですが今迄の経緯や体重変化等他健康診断の結果などが分からないのでかかりつけの病院で診てもらった方がいいと言われました。 引っ越ししてきて、かかりつけの病院が遠くて通えないから来たと伝えたにも関わらず、かかりつけの病院に行かれる方がと言われ話しが通じないので点滴は出来ないって事ですか？と聞いたらこちらではこの検査結果しか分からないのでと言われ愛犬も体調悪くぐったりして震えてたのでもういいですと言いこちらを後にしました。 先生なら血液検査の結果を見て点滴等処置されるはずです。 何も無く点滴してほしいと言ってる訳じゃないのに… しかも数日前じゃ無く、前日の血液検査の結果を持って行ってます。 こちらも愛犬が少しでも楽になってほしいから来てる訳です。 私の他に客は居なかったので先生が出てきて、愛犬の状態くらい見れたはずです。 ぐったり震えてるのにこの対応はありえません。 急いでもう一つの近くのベアー動物病院に行ったらすぐに血液検査の結果を見て点滴等処置し、薬もくれました。 かかりつけの病院に行けというなら、こちらの病院は初診も受け付け無ければいいと思います。 犬の状態を見て、ひどい状況でこちらの病院では診れないと言うならまだしも状態や状況も見てもくれず拒否は医者として不信しかありません。 ここまで言いたくは無いですが、本当にびっくりしました。
