I had a hamster examined. The response from the doctor in charge was quick and wonderful, but I would like the receptionist to do something a little more. Aside from the unfriendly laughter, it seems like a fool right after leaving the hospital? Was unpleasant to hear. Those around 4 o'clock on Monday. I wrote it concretely because it is the 癪 that other receptionists seem to be unfriendly. I understand that it was strange because I was confused at the first visit, but I didn't feel good because it looked like a glass.

I will post it as a reference for my important family. I went there several times, but the reception is the worst as you can see. Bold and of course no smile. I am a teacher, but I am not very good at explaining (I was a woman.) He was spoken unilaterally in a quick way, and when asked again for an explanation of the part he could not understand, he felt intimidated and uncomfortable. After all, I don't understand, I can't heal. ,, In addition, is it inexperienced because proper treatment cannot be performed? I had a terrible experience that I didn't want to remember. It's the closest hospital to my home, but I don't go anymore. What is the hospital for? The medicinal syringe also got a brown liquid and became dirty, so I completely lost my trust.

It was my first visit to an exotic animal, but I went there on Sunday, but the doctor wasn't the director ... I was disappointed. After all it is painful not to be able to make a reservation. I waited for 3 hours. And the meeting is too air-conditioned and cold. Since the proper temperature differs depending on the animal, it seems that you should adjust everything here as soon as you prepare the body warmer. I don't know why it's cold to the doctor's office. Furthermore, regarding medication, it is not done in front of the owner. Impossible. I'm worried if I don't see if I've been treated properly, and even if I'm being abused behind the scenes, I don't know. How to snuggle up to the owner is completely useless. There is no overall or repeat. P.S. Obviously it was worse than before going to the hospital. I think the veterinarian is a pinch, and I think reptiles are difficult, so I give up and go to the previous hospital because I was a new doctor with no knowledge. Considering animals, I think it's better to go to a proper hospital from the beginning.

I am indebted to Mr. Tatsumi at Budgerigar. My parakeet was told that he was 8 years old and had a fairly large tumor in his abdomen and that surgery would not help. After that, due to the tumor, ascites accumulated in the abdomen and it became difficult to breathe and became dangerous ... I had you drain the ascites three times. Nowadays, I often eat food and sleep, but I got out of the basket and got well. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Close to Sakaisuji Hommachi Station, the first floor is a waiting room built like a coffee shop, calm and quiet. The examination room on the 2nd floor was also a completely private room, and the medical examination was really polite.
