AMC Passenger Terminal

had to constantly nag staff to get updates on flight delays. difficult to get a straight answer on what’s going on. I never want to have to fly out of here again.

AMC has one of the least efficient processes in the military (which is saying a lot). The procedure for embarking on the flight isn't explained well to anyone, which leads to massive confusion. It takes over 6 hours to go through all of the lines that they have. I believe they take for granted that military folks won't complain but there is no reason for it to be such a bad experience. One or two obvious tweaks to the system and it would run way smoother, likely cutting the processing time in half. If you are riding with them, you probably don't have a choice but prepare for frustration.

COVID really hampers ability to do many things. Not terminal staff's fault.
