Times Car Rental Naha Airport Shop

My husband and I rented a car & had to keep extending our rental due to staying longer than expected. Each time we called, the staff was very helpful, patient, and able to find someone to speak English with us. After we left Okinawa we realized we left our international driving permits in the glove compartment and were freaking out. The staff handled this gracefully and efficiently offering to mail it to us. We are so grateful to the entire staff thank you!!

Good service and vehicles. Recommended for those that sell their car then need a ride to the airport when leaving for good.

reasonable prices, had a wifi device offer as well, car was in good condition, collected car quickly as I didnt have other people at my arrival time but it can get crowded at times. Quick return process as well. Shuttle bus that sends you to the airport right after. They seem to be the popular rental company for Okinawa. Lots of staff at the centre. Good rental experience!

Very helpful staff and wonderful, clean cars! Helpful hint, make sure you fill up your gasoline tank before you return to save money!

During rush hour prepare to wait over an hour. Otherwise everything is good, their insurance policy seems to be around half the cost of competitors.
