This place is amazing!
Love this park! Great place for kids and dogs since its paved and less chances of being bit by a snake. It's got a little bit of everything, beach, trails, flower gardens, views and a huge pond to feed fish.
Massively large park
Pro: Extremely big, walkable, can camp and fish. A lot of grass to run around in.
Con: Summer months are really hot and humid without a lot of shade near the children's play areas. After it rains, it can become extremely muddy.
Summary: Great park to visit, but choose overcast days during the summer.
Nice place for a jog or walk. Enjoyed the cool fresh air and seeing the live creatures in the ponds was fun too.
Me family always has a good time when we visit this park. There is so much to do. At the playground my children try to go through everything as quickly as possible, which makes them expend most of their energy. Since this park is popular among children all of my children are able to meet new people on every visit.
