Since October 2010, the usage fee is 500 yen per person, so I used it. Because of the weekend, this campsite was also full of reservations, but I was able to accept it at the last minute because the reservation was full, but when I did it in a lot of places, the site to set up a tent was narrow and I had a hard time, but I enjoyed it.
