It doesn't stop people catching a dog with a dog while people are next to the cashier counter. It's not a place to play, my cat is frightened, and the ball hit my body several times, causing the staff to stop, but I can't believe it without any excuses from the staff. Instead of apologizing to me, I was surprised at the attitude of the facility staff and thought that this had changed. The staff members have changed.
