A terrible person takes a terrible response. There are doctors, nurses, and receptionists who can provide proper support. This is true everywhere, even if there is a person who can only deal badly with one person, but there is no doubt that it will be a bad impression overall ... It's not just hospitals, but there are a lot of dark guys out there! Of course there are many good people and gentle people. I want to act and respond as a human being no matter where I am, not just the other person, but myself. Both my child, myself and my grandfather had a hard time at the central hospital, but not only the hard feelings, but also the warm feeling and kindness, and the fact that I was really careful You may receive it. Please do your best in future so that even one star will increase! I wish you a reliable hospital! Nowadays, I think there are times when medical care is difficult in corona. For those who work in the medical field, please do your best to work with good care of your body!

About 5 years ago, I was taken care of by the obstetrics and gynecology department due to a miscarriage. Most doctors and nurses were appropriate, polite and kind. I am grateful for the careful examination and explanation of the follow-up after that. However, I was still hurt so much that I sometimes remembered what one nurse (midwife?) Said on the phone. A few days after the miscarriage, my stomach hurts so much that I can't move. In the evening, I became anxious and called the hospital's representative number, and was transferred to the obstetrics and gynecology ward. When I talked about pain, he said, "Hey, this number is for pregnant women only. You can't call this number because you're not pregnant anymore. So? It hurts so much that you come to see me now? What should I do? ?"They said. Maybe I was busy and loud and quick, but I was told to sprinkle it, and I usually double it, but I was surprised that I was told such things as pain and miscarriage shock. I can only squeeze out my voice. After I hung up, I cried too much and had a fever. I just called the representative number, and I didn't know the pregnant woman's exclusive number in the first place, and when I visited the clinic, she said, "Call me whenever something goes wrong," so I called. I think I was probably busy and misunderstood. However, even if it is a misunderstanding, it is doubtful that it is human nature to say such a thing to a patient who has just miscarried, and I think it is even scary that such a person is working in obstetrics and gynecology. When I visited the clinic at a later date, it seemed that the medical record clearly stated that I had called due to abdominal pain, and I was given careful consideration such as having the patient lie down in bed while waiting for the consultation, which made the telephone conversation even more sad. After that, I was blessed with two children, but every time I thought of a child who had a miscarriage, I remembered this phone call and cried. I don't think he can remember it, but I will never forget the phrase "you are no longer pregnant" and maybe I will never forgive you. But I am truly grateful to the hospital. In Ina Valley, where medical resources are scarce, it is an indispensable medical fort, so I think that the patient side must also take good care of it.

The other day my mother-in-law was hospitalized for oral surgery for tooth extraction, but I was surprised by the dental hygienist. I touched the place where I put my wheelchair's feet while wearing gloves. I was worried that I would touch the inside of my mouth with that hand, and although I didn't do that, I heard that I was touching the equipment as it was. I want you to learn how to use gloves. What if my hands are protected? can not believe.
