It is a station where the station name and the place name do not match. The Holy Plateau is far above the mountains. It was Omi Station when it first opened, but it was changed to the current station name at the request of Omi Village. The Nagano Expressway opened and the Omi Interchange was opened, and even though the station name was changed, it was a place name mistake that made me wonder what it was. Omi Village Bus and Chikukita Village Bus can be used as fixed-route buses.

There is a shuttle parking lot. There is a taxi. There are vending machines. I walk a little, but there is a convenience store. There is a train for Nagano and Matsumoto for one hour.
