The site has a forest side and a side close to rivers and ponds. There is also a shade on the river side, but during the daytime it's really anxious about the sun.
The day I used it was free, so I moved the chair to a cool place and used it depending on the situation.
You can take a little steep road to the river, but you can play with peace of mind because the water is clean and it is maintained like a pool.
Since it was from Tokyo, it took more than 5 hours. I think it's near Nagoya.
It's not too far after getting off the Nakatsugawa IC, but there are some narrow roads and there are no such landmarks, so you need to set up a car navigation system and drive carefully.
It's a loose management policy, so I don't feel that the service lineup is complete, but I'm free to do it, and when I used rainbow trout fishing, I was asked to do so.
You may like or dislike this policy, but I'm personally satisfied.
There are a shower room, a kitchen, and a toilet. I thought this was enough.
The site seems to be properly maintained. There are bugs in the toilet, but that is unavoidable, and the cleaning situation is at a level where there is no particular problem. The shower is indoors so it is kept clean.
There are no shops nearby. Convenience stores are quite distant, so I think it's best to buy all of them. There is only a soft drink vending machine.
There was information about bears appearing near the Tateno-taki waterfall, but it was not found at the campsite. However, I was careful not to leave the garbage in the garbage station without leaving it at night.
A leisurely, free campground. Reception is at the visitor center. It only separates garbage, describes the parcel, and pays. Very smooth. It feels good and feels loose. The caretaker was also friendly.
You can choose the lots according to the order in which you arrived, as long as it is available!
Each section has its own personality. Size, shape, river side, mountain side, open space, etc. The campground is located on a sloping ground, and it is a layout that makes it difficult to see the line of sight using the steps. There are many greens, and it is a good blindfold. I like it very much!
Firewood is sold at the reception. There is a vending machine for drinks.
There is a feeling of being loosely thrown away, and people may like or dislike it. I felt this just right.
Many campers also were used and calm, and many people greeted us.
I feel I want to go again. Now I want to eat the fish I caught.
The equipment is...
★ shower
There are 6 coin-operated shower rooms in the reception building. Although it is a mixed gender, the dressing room is also a private room (with a key). It has an outlet so you can use it if you bring in a hairdryer. It is conscientious with 100 yen for 3 minutes.
No washroom.
★ toilet
Wash with water. Although it is cleaned, insects come in by all means because the building itself has no door. It's in a position to carry a mountain, so it's a lot.
★ kitchen
Sink and water. Only water.
★ Garbage
With station. Garbage, flammable, bottles, cans, PET bottles.
When I checked in late at around 15:00, it was full (my home was probably the last). It is a campsite with a quiet and nice atmosphere. There were many families, and there were no annoying people such as those who were bothered until midnight. It was very good.
It feels nostalgic as if it were an old-fashioned campsite, not a so-called high-standard campsite.
It seems that I will miss the route from No. 19, but it will be close if I get used to it.
It was a campsite that made me want to be a camp expert
I used it for 2 nights from November 2nd to 4th.
There wasn't much information on the internet, so I was worried until I went, but the result was good.
The site costs 5,000 yen per night and is almost powered. There seems to be no extra charge during the busy season.
There were many difficult places to pass each other on the road to the campsite, and I was lost at the branch many times.
The campsite is located in front of Tadachi Waterfall, above the fishing Ono Pond.
He said he was aiming for the loosest campsite in Japan, and the explanation at the reception was just how to dispose of garbage (laughs).
There is no key in the power supply, and the only firewood sold is okay if you pay the next day when you are unattended at night.
I thought check-out was a little early at 10am, but most people were still slow for some reason after 10am. Maybe late check-out was also free?
The site has steps, so I don't care about the neighbors.
However, there was good and bad sunlight, and our 36th site was a damp sandy area without any sunlight.
There are about 6 showers in the administration building, and it was good that I was not exposed to the cold wind immediately after the shower even on a cold day.
The dressing room is also large, and each has a mirror and an outlet, so I could bring a hair dryer after the shower.
The one-day hot spring is far away, so I took a shower, but it was warm enough.
There were quite a few bugs in the toilet, which was unpopular with children who didn't like bugs, but the toilet bowl was properly cleaned. Although it is flushed, it is not a heated toilet seat.
There is no hot water in the kitchen, but it is clean.
Most of the garbage is thrown away except for gas cans.
I had the impression that many campers were accustomed to it, probably because it was not a high standard. There were no people making noise late at night, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.
This time, I forgot the pot and was impatient, but there are no rental items, so please be careful about what you have left behind.
Some word of mouth said that the power supply could hardly be used, but it was usable without any problems. Please be assured.
Thank you to the caretaker who seems to be a good person.
