Customer service isn’t the greatest. On busy days they do not keep enough stock ready for the rush of people coming in. Stood for 20 minutes in line waiting to make an order just to be told that they were out instead of putting a sign up to let customers know. Definitely recommend Toho Cinema in Minami Osawa over this one.

The food is cheaper than in the USA, so are the ticket prices. Staff is cheerful and friendly. Love coming here to watch movies!

Seen maybe 4 movies here so far, each time has been a good experience! Tickets are a little pricey, but the combos are fairly priced and good.

Small screens. A bit far from the train station.

This movie theater is located about 5minutes on foot from the Hashimoto train on the Yokohama line. You can also access this movie theater by the Keio Yoimuriland train station. The general movie ticket is ¥1,800. The late movie fee is ¥1,300. However, there are many discounts on tickets for infants, disabled people, women’s day, men’s day, couples, seniors, university, high school and elementary students, moms with kids etc. You can choose to buy your tickets online (in Japanese) or you can buy at the ticket machine or at the counter in the movie theater. The ticket machines are in both English and Japanese. You are able to choose the seats you want. This is great because this option is not available in my country and many other countries. There are 9 theaters in all. The theaters are clean and the staff is friendly. The seats are very comfortable as well. They offer a wide variety of snacks such as caramel popcorn, salty popcorn, sodas, hotdogs, gelato, beer, coffee among others. Parking is also available for people who drive. You can get the parking ticket stamped so you don’t have to pay a fee.
