Very nice cinema, their parking is free for a movie length and the combos for you to enjoy the movie are very good. Come with family or friends or the special one. Sometimes their options with the original audio are not the best, but in general they do pretty well.

Toho Minamiōsawa is a little on the older and smaller side. Which isn't necessarily a problem. The smaller scale of the cinima means that there are often seats available.(especially for late shows) Most of the theaters have been renovated but some of thr lager screens could use an update. If you go to a new showing you will be in a larger theater. However, if you go a few weeks later you will be in the smaller theaters which are nicer. As many have said, the parking is a bit confusing. It's located in an adjacent building. Not the TOHO cinemas building. This is clearly advertised on the access page of the TOHO website. So no one should be angry. The popcorn and food is the same price as other TOHO locations. 1060 for a popcorn set. It's very reasonable. The staff are generally friendly. Mostly college students trying to save a few bucks for drinking. It's a movie theater. Don't expect a 5 star restaurant.
