At a walking distance from Nagaoka station, I really recommend this restaurant if you wanna try the local soba. We were lucky it was empty, the service is perfect and soba was really delicious !! 👍🏼

Niigata's soba is one of the representative shops with many shops containing cloth seaweed. I had a family when I was a kid, but when I stopped by after a long time, the store was new and there was a parking lot in front of the store so that it was easy to wear by car. I didn't eat it because I was alone today, but I recommend the Hegi Soba Tempura Set. I remember adding it because it disappeared in a blink of an eye when there were a lot of people.
