Some people have too bad a clerk. It feels impossible as a hospitality business. I can't go when the clerk is there I often go to Tower Records next door, but Tower Records is well educated about customer service.

The store was smaller than before the renovation, and the product lineup was small and biased. It's more fun to visit other Villevans.
