Then, as with the second time I visited the store, I was told that "property damage will be a paid repair." It is a pity that the explanation was different from the telephone, and above all, it was a pity that the telephone did not go smoothly even though the explanation was "to make the conversation proceed smoothly". was. I felt that information sharing was not successful. I went to the store three times in total, but I couldn't talk constructively. I already bought a replacement for the broken device, so I will give up without repairing it.
